I have gained 7lbs in the last 4 days. Is this bad or is it good?

depends on what ur taking, how much food u've been eating, if u fasted a little before that, etc

it's probably a majority of fat imo.

That will be alot of fat & water. Keep an eye on BF%, & sodium if you're gaining so quick.

If you're loading on Creatine Mono, good chance it's mainly water

Its mostly food and not much creatine! Before i started my diet i wasn't eating much and still taking the protein and creatine!

I find it funny how some supplements say "Gain 7 pounds in 5 days!" or "You will have lean muscle in 7 days!" but that never seems to be the case in my opinion.

bro its most likely water from the sudden increase in calories and sodium, and especially if your taking creatine mono... theres prob some fat but mostly water, give it time when you stop takin the creatine mono itll drain out, and watch your sodium too

Im not taking creatine mono but rather creatine hydrochloride are these the same? Will they do the same thing!

I go up and down 3-4 lbs a day. Could be water retention and some extra food in your system mixed with a little fat.

also, take it by instinct and learn to feel your body (and not in the fun way). if you dont feel right then reassess ur diet/stack.
