High GI carb(fast digesting) causes an insulin spike PWO which basically works as a shuttler for your protein and creatine.

this is an interesting one that we have been pushing lately...

60g WMS
60g Dextrose
10g Mono
9g Poseidon
9g Leucine
3g BA
30g Whey
800mg P-Slin

consumed 1/4 preWO
and the rest intraWO - just sips.

The P-Slin is 100% necessary. You have never experienced this type of endurance. I do not know what type of sport you are participating in however this shake has multiple values.

OK, home made supp question-
pre and during workout, a lot of people recomend at least a 2:1
of carbs to protein. the carbs being high gi dextrose or equivalant. every time i try it, my energy crashes. Hi GI causes a sudden rise in blood sugar, which causes insulin spike and which in turn causes a fall in blood sugar. Any piont makin my sugar shoot up like an arrow and crash like an egg?

Insulin is a Central Nervous System depressant.

The addition of P-Slin to the mix allows for more effective glucose transport and quantity, illiciting a lesser insulin response (less spike). As well as less poor body composition results.
