Whats errrybodys thoughts on BSN Cell Mass compared to plain mono?? Besides the price obviously....

I'm trying to suck up all this knowledge so I can be educated and pass it along to people. I dont want to be the guy spewing false info everywhere. Plus I'd like to save a buck.

Cell Mass contains CEE, I have made a few threads about how CrM is much better than CEE, CEE degrades at a 25-40% faster rate than CrM in the gut.

Also people think Cell Mass has a special way of getting to the muscles faster, but all it is. is the maltodextrin in it.

So overall you can get the more reliable CrM for cheaper add it to plain dextrose and there you go.

get some mono. not from your girlfriend i mean monohydrate creatine get some dextrose and maltodextrin and u be straight. wazEmize is good there are some other good products put there
