I'm 17 years old and have been training hard for a year and am very big into bodybuilding. I was considering taking animal pak,animal pump and animal m-stak/stak. I was just wondering if this is a wise decision and will it have any negative effects? Is there also any other animal supplements I can take?

the only supplements i like from universal are animal pak and animal flex.

the rest is garbage IMHO.

animal pump sucks balls. i hate it. it literally takes an hour to kick in and it's very weak. and i don't even feel the creatine.

you are still young your testosterone levels are still very high. stay away from stak/m-stak. animal pak is the best as is EAA nitro made by universal. The omega and flex are good products as well but if your gonna take any of the universal products take animal pak
