Yea its true before bed but if you need a meal replacement then go right ahead and add it to the pro complex

Yeah man, either Freak or KM told me about that and it makes it take a lot less time to eat. Which is a big one for me. I take like an hour to eat and make a meal. I'll start eating before the meal's made haha, gives me stomach pains.

Muscle Milk is a great product however if you are someone who needs a lot of fat in your diet by all means take it.

yea i agree , i don't mind eating oatmeal out of a bowl, and you can microwave it, takes about 2 min to cook 1 cup of oats and some water, other wise i just throw it in a blender with the protein powder and hit the switch, blend-o-matic, meal in a glass in under 5 min.. now if i could speak some Italian while i`m mixing it up it would be more of a gourmet kind of drink,, yes
