That N.O. Xplode is the best N.O. product I've ever used. I've used straight arginine at 5000mgs N30, and Superpump and I just used one scoop of N.O. Xplode and I'm ready to rip the roof off lol. But yeah I took 3 scoops of Superpump and nothing 1 of this **** and bam. Works great everyone give it a try.

I think just the fact the it makes me actually want to go squat means it's good. Because normally I dred squats and I don't lift as much as I should because of it, but now that I'm actually getting in there more it's more benefitcial to me anyway because a lot of the time I don't have the energy that I need.

So pretty much I highly recommend it to everyone.

It's good that it works, but I recommend not to get a 2nd tub once you are done because:

1. It is expensive
2. It is a just a ****load of caffeine with a mix of creatine
3. Your body becomes tolerant and you will have to start taking 4+ scoops
4. You can buy caffeine pills for under $10 and even make an ECA stack for under $15

I've tried making it and it's not half as good. It's worth the money for sure. You're right about tolerance though, so I might cycle every other month, we'll see.

i feel that NO xplode sits too heavy in my stomach and makes me feel terrible. it's strong stuff for sure.

i like superpump better. i feel it's just as potent as NO xplode if not a little bit more and it's much lighter. i also feel like it has much better and faster absorbtion of the nutrients.

i like them both though.

I feel NO xplode is a great product but as soon as you start adding weight you will need more scoops. hell this red bottle isn't even as strong as the original formula when it had the funky hologram label. if you are looking for the preworkout boost try this instead take a-akg 3000mg 30 mins before workout then while working out sip on 32 oz of water mixed with a serving of trac not trac extreme. in expensive ad works really well. your young experiment and find what works

What'd that guy do ^^^? Hey anyone noticed this while on N.O. Xplode or at all, a day or so after lifting I have very small red dots under the skin on my shoulders and upper upper chest. I thought maybe bursted blood vessels or something? Kinda clueless really though any ideas?

I'm only taking it this month since the 7th and this is also (idk if you know) a mix of arginine and creatine. I take two scoops and pound my body really hard so I'm thinking that could be part of it. It could just be because of heavy benching.

i know exactly what no-xplode is i loved it but since they went to that red label it wasn't the same. I remember on the old bottle they said not to be taken if under the age of 18 im not sure if they still have that on there that could be the reason as well

I have never seen a whey product say that. I feel at such a young age all you really need are the basics such as whey, creatine, bcaa's, and multi-vitamins. that is my feeling but if it is working for you and not really effecting your health by all means stick with it

Yup I know what you're saying, I don't buy BCAAs cuz I get enough from foods plus the whey that I buy has about as much in it as the BCAA only products.

hey dude - Just my opinion, but i think you're taking too much. At 200lbs, i get cranked on 2 scoops and i'm not particularly sensitive to caffine. Youre closer to 160, eh? i'd drop your dose to 1 1/4 or 1 1/2 scoops. Also speaking from experience... DEFINATELY cycle it. you'll find your experience with the second tub is nothing like the first. i took 6 mos off - started up again and I'm like a virgin again - great energy, pumps, etc. in between try other products with different ingrediaent, combinations. Full blown extreme is great; Vasopump and Ultimate Orange. definately go for the lowest dose you can to get a good effect 'cause you build up a tolerance to all of them. Try taking just the creatine for a month - no caffine/arginine. BTW - haven't really found any eveidence that the arginie doe anything long term beneficial - just a great pump - which is nice but doesn't give you bigger muscles long term.

Well I suppose the theory is that arginine pumps more blood to your muscles and brings out the lactic acid. Allow bringing in nutrients which I guess acts something like an insulin spike.

Yeah man I'm only taking it on training days to not gain a tolerance. My buddy suggested that and it's working good. I am extremely insensitive to caffiene or any other stimulants I hate it 2 scoops is perfect for me. 1's good but 2's better.

if you take superpump you need to mix sizeo with it and drink it while you workout

That's wasn't on the instructions. Why'd you do that, then you would feel the energy from the Superpump.

cycling N.O. Xplode is a must. Any stimulant should be cycled because your body gets used to it.

How much is BSN paying you???!!

In my opinion, N.O. Xplode has so much magnesium in it you could use it to make signal flares.
