i've found using beta alanine and creatine to be really beneficial. seems to have increased my strength significantly.. but just gotta get used to the 'tingling'/'pins & needles' feelings from beta alanine..

anyone has experienced the same beneficial results?

Yup alanine's the ****, how much are you taking? I take 1600mgs before and after. It's a great lactic acid bufferer. Try arginine too, the precursor of nitric oxide.

L-arginine is an amino acid that has numerous functions in the body. It helps the body get rid of ammonia (a waste product), is used to make compounds in the body such creatine, L-glutamate, and L-proline, and can be converted to glucose and glycogen if needed.

L-arginine is used to make the nitric oxide, a compound in the body that relaxes blood vessels. Preliminary studies have found that L-arginine may help with conditions that improve when blood vessels are relaxed (called vasodilation), such as atherosclerosis, erectile dysfunction, and intermittent claudication.

L-arginine is also involved in protein formation. In larger amounts, L-arginine stimulates the release of hormones growth hormone and prolactin.

Yeah man agreed, the three powerlifting compounds bench, squats, and deads, are essential to a great physique. That's alot of alanine man you better be careful with that honetly I think it's prolly unhealthy at such ridiculous amount, wait for someone else to comment though cuz I'm not 100% on that.

Arginine is what the body makes nitric oxide from. Basically nitric oxide causes the heart to pump blood more rapidly flooding the muscle with nutrients (as the hype says) and makes your veins stick out. I take 5gs daily.

In response to Allstar's comment, arginine and all other amino acids (pretty sure) can be converted to glucose if natural supplies of fat and carbs are low. You'd be smart to not let that happen unless on a cut which still I wouldn't do.

Forgot to mention that it gets lactic acid and ammonia out of the muscles as it's accumulated during exercise.

STOP SUPPLEMENTING GLUTAMINE. It's useless only muscle building when giving in an IV. Arginine's good, but for sprinting it might mnake your legs huge and rub against each other haha. That's happened to me and it's annoying as ****.

That dose of alanines fine then. But have 2gs 2 hours pre workout and 2 right after it. Work on lunges and squats to build speed.

Yes glutamine is not good for muscle recovery unless through IV, but its not completely pointless because of its intenstinal/digestion aid

Yeah it's used in smoothing the intestines, but I still wouldn't spend money on it.

Yup good thing you added that, don't want people thinking it's 100% useless, just 90-95% haha. But yeah man finish what you have and don't buy it again , unless you like smooth intestines haha.
