i am an intermediate level Trainner. After workout i feel that my muscles are destroyed and i loose energy. I use Cell tech and Whey protein after workout.

Is there any supplement, which recovers my muscles etc

Get some BCAA. Look at Xtend by Scivation BCAA and Glutamine. very good recovery supplement.

Optimums Recovery 21 works great too. It kind of a total post workout supp. though. It has your protein, carbs (waxy maize), glutamine, BCAA's ect. It works very well though.
