Hi,

I have just used Cell - Tech 2 tubs of 2.5 kg, it gives me some mass and also increase my strength in some exercises.

but the main problem is that it did not affect on "Brench Press and Inclined Bench press". I am unable to life more weight on it. I am stuck on my old weights.

Especially "Inclined Bench Press" is a very tough exercise, i am unable to to lift more than 25 kg.

Plz help that how can i increase my stamina in Bench Press and Inclined Bench Press.

Thanks

Its not stamina mate its probably just that your muscles may be used to that exercise so they aren't improving on it. Try doing dbell incline press and flat presses too and stay away from the barbell for a little bit. Also try doing dips and tricep pressdowns to see if you can add more weight onto it that way.

spot on dude, probably just pleated on the same lift, time to switch it up and go with some thing that your body isn't accustomed to , want to get your strength up, doing the dips and dumbbell presses will hit new areas of your chest along with your triceps , buy the way do you work your triceps and if so what do you do for them, you could also add in some push ups,

my advice is use max weight on your bench at 5 reps, train your bench till you can increase it to 8 reps, when u reach 8 reps, add more weight and start at 5 reps agains. 5- 8 rep is where you want to be to increase ur strength and size.

thought you still need to change your chest workouts every 3 - 4 weeks, strengthen your tricepts, abs, & shoulders as well.

You shouldn't really expect your lifts to go up just because you took cell-tech. It all depends on how hard you work. First, are you having someone spot you.. If so, try to put on more weight, so you can only do 2-3 reps and try to shock your muscle a bit. We all hit plateaus, the hard part is finding ways to pass them.

^^ Gotta agree. Supplements aren't a panacea that will magically increase your strength or mass gains. You still have to train and eat correctly.

Without making wild accusations; have you actually got a decent program going? Maybe post up something in the training thread and get some feedback.

Nothing to do with Cell-Tech. You hit a plateau simple as that, switch up EVERYTHING new routine new reps, new sets, new exercises. Try dumbbell presses for while. If you're really stuck on incline do that before flat bench.

Another Muscletech victim...Someone call 911

It's got nothing to do with supps. To increase endurance & stamina on an exercise, you need to lower the weight & go for higher, slower, more controlled reps & squeeze the muscle.

For strength & size, try the Gillingham 5X5 routine. If you don't know what that is, try GOOGLE as it's long to keep explaining to ppl.

Good Luck
