halo is basically just an amped up overly hyped creatine. Give em a shot and see if you like em, some people like muscletech stuff. I personally am not a muscletech fan at all but to each his own...just dont beleive that "cryo- anabolically charged Halo molecules" are gonna make you blow up like Jay Cutler lol

as far as i know it works well never tried it personally but from what i heard good stuff just pricey
