Well first of all whats your diet look like? diet is going to help you out alot more than a weight gainer

around 5 meals a day consisting of alot of food Ahah idk it changes everyday but the normal is
1 . eggs, bacon in the morning with bananas apples,
2. brown rice with more bananas,
3. couple slices of the best chicken pizza :)
4. pasta
5. steak or chicken for dinner

thanks for the help again , theres only so much diet can do thats why there supplements! I need a good weightgainer that has the best/fastest/cheapest results

Nah man theres only so much supplements can do and that is supplement your diet, not make up your diet, diet is everything.

For the diet your eating way to much fructose, also pizza isn't the best and the pasta probably isnt the best if its not whole grain...you can gain weight off that, but it wont be the kind you want

Well what do you weigh? bf%? bodytype?(ecto,endo,meso)? What is your goal weight/bf%?

145, dont know what my body fat is but my goal weight is around 160

around 5'9

Protein-145g
Carbs-290-435g
Fats-74.5g

Morning(25% daily carb)
Pre Workout(20% daily carb)
PWO(25% daily carb)

All meals should be complex carb except PWO and maybe have a fruit in the morning. PWO should be dextrose,maltodextrin or white bread.

try upping your protein it didnt look like you hade very much protien in your diet
try
meal 1
8 egg whites , 2 peices whoile grain toast glass of milk
meal 2
wt gainer shake
try iso mass by ultimate nutrition 900cal and 30 servings per bottle
meal 3
4oz steak/chicken and 1/2 cup rice
meal 4
banana, 1 cup nuts (your fav type)
meal 5
6 oz steak/chicken 1/2 cup rice
meal 6
slow releasing protein
(syntha 6 by BSN, lean muscle builder by ADS or muscle milk) and 2 cups veggies.

Yeah I know I should put some more protein. Thanks bros for the help. Also I just bought NO shotgun for pwo. Any thoughts? From what I heard its pretty good to get good pumps

and for weight gainer, ON has a supplement called Pro Complex GAINER, just wondering what you guys have heard on that

On a bulk you should only be takin in 1g of protein per lb BW.

Also NO Shotgun should be pre workout not PWO, and pro complex gainer is good just more expensive
