Well i have just started training two months ago, as of now the only supplement i take is whey protein.

i am taking a nutrition class to help me with my diet.

so should i stay in the game a longer without it or do you think i should give it a try?

also what are your thoughts and reviews on muscle milk?

If your asking to stay with whey than yes you should stay with it, there is no reason you shouldnt its not harmful. And as for the muscle milk i would just look into ON Whey or Scivation Whey

muscle milk tastes great, a sure sign that it's full of fat and calories. I say stay away.

lol thats why I stopped using it... I'll have a look in a bit too, but I think it has alot of saturated fat in it also. SYntha 6 is pretty good ingrediants wise if your going down the casein or mixed whey proteins. Doesn't have alot of fat or saturated fat in it either, from what can remember

Yeah muscle milk isn't great for tryin to stay lean and build muscle. As for your Diet. What are you trying to do? Bulk or Cut? Im sure there are plenty of ppl that have great diets on here. Every Nutritionist I ever ran into tells me that Bodybuilding Diets are unhealthy.....

actually my teacher has been very helpful she supports Bodybuilding. sorry for not making myself clear what i meant is should i give creatine a try

i just now noticed that i didn't even address it at in my first post sorry i guess i was half asleep. i read the article on creatine and have been reading a couple posts on it. should i give it a try or stay away from it?

well unless your like 12 years old give it a try dude. its not going to kill you let alone hurt you. preload it for like 5 days at 25grams ed then run it at 5-10grams ed for another 3-4 weeks. you will love it. you should get some good pumps and fill out too.

thanks man i had just heard bad things about it but all from uninformed people once I read the article I thought i should give it a try. any suggestions on a good creatine mono?

im gonna get ON whey protein aswell, what do flavor do you guys recommend? i am on chocolate now but im tired of it, what about strawberry?

I agree with many of the guys above, muscle milk is absolutely packed with simple carbs and fat- a BAD combo! ON whey and creatine is really all I use, other than some vitamins! Gotta love that ON strawberry!!
