I've been thinking about getting a fat burner. I'm almost down too 15 stone (95kg/210lbs) from about 18, from March this year (6 months'ish) and I'm very chuffed about it. However, I'm finding it SO hard to get rid of the fat around my belly/hip/love handle area. I've never NOT had fat in these areas even when I was alot younger and thin. I'm getting slightly concerned that I won't be able too lose it without losing lots of muscle, which ofcourse I don't want too do, as it seems to be an incredibly slow process and other areas of my body are very well defined now. Now my diets good and I'm up'ing my cardio, or have been doing to around probs 4-5 hours a week spread over 5/6 days training and thats not including my weights (and/or warmups) which I do for alot longer on top of that and my big leg day session.
I was wondering if getting a fat burner would be a decent idea to maybe shed an extra stone/13lbs ish, in a month, to kinda blast it off asap as I think around 14 stone is my ideal weight before I start thinking about bulking. Now i'm not looking for a miracle pill or anything and I totally know nothing in terms of fitness come for free/fast, but as far as my belly fat genetics go, well, they suck! Would anybody have any good suggestions for products on the market atm or are they all BS. I have looked into this ECA stack thing (epinephrine, caffeine, asprin) and have heard some good reviews from some personal trainers. Has anyone got any other good info?? I've been looking at this btw:-
XTreme ThermoBurn - Controls Appetite & Speeds Metabolism
Now, few quick stats before I post. 6 foot tall, my body fat % is around 15% and I have a meso/endo body type. I also train, with low intensity cardio and HIIT thru the week and all that jazz too. Aiming for fat% of around 10% weight around 14 stone and not damaging my blood pressure heart in process :)
Cheers in advance
