so i workout in the morning before work and i had a couple questions. ive been trying a couple different things for pre workout energy. i tried the fruit punch
NO xplode and i puked every morning that i took it it makes me feel so sick. but recently this is what ive been doing
pre workout:
3 creabolix (creatine ethyl esther)
a little breakfast like bowl of cereal or a scoop of protein with water
post workout:
2 scoops protein
3 more creatine
3
hydroxycut
1 ephedrine
lunch
2 scoops protein
usually salad or some sort of chicken with some carbs
few hours before bed a couple more scoops of protein
i cant take hydroxycut before bed cause im wide awake all night then.
are there any other fat burners that work as well as hydroxycut? the guy at C.N. was trying to sell me Assault but i told him i wanted to try it before i bought it and i didnt think it was that great.
so any suggestions on pre workout drink that works well for you/has anyone else gotten sick from NO xplode? my creatine is almost gone is there any that works better than the creabolix from C.N.? anything i need to add?
any suggestions would be great. im really trying to lose more weight get ripped im 6'4" 212 lbs im trying to get below 200 but have it be mostly fat
