im about to star taking creatine mono ive taken it before but i want to do it right this time. I read on a post some where that you want to eat something high in sugar right before you take the creatine is that right? Also should i do a loading phase of 20g a day for a couple days or is this not neccesary?

I would do the loading phase for 4 days, a high GI carb taken with the creatine will increase your nutrient uptake and pretty much shuttle the creatine. Take creatine in the morning and PWO.

Well only if your protein shake is mixed with water, if mixed with milk the casein protein in it will slow down the absorption rate of the creatine
