Ephedrine & Caffeine Stack

I'm 18 years old, taking it preworkout about 30mins for energy purposes and for its weight loss properties. I am fully aware of its side affects, and I have experienced no symptoms or side-effects to date.

Been taking it for about 3 weeks now. 4-5 times a week, started at a single dose (1 pill=8 mg and and 1 caffeine pill=200mg) and I progressed to 3 pills of ephedrine (24mg) and 1 and 1/2 pills of caffeine (300 mg). Is this okay, any suggestions?

Also, is this possibly the most powerful pre-workout energizer? I don't want to get into steroids yet, (gonna wait till I'm 20-21). Also is it okay to take creatine with an EC stack?

creatined shouldn't effect it

why just ephedrine and caffeiene... why not make it the ECA stack and add in aspirin as well?

the thermogenic response to ephedrine is prostaglandin release.Therefore, it is theorized that a prostaglandin inhibitor such as aspirin will potentiate the thermogenic response.

caffeine enhances the thermogenic response to ephedrine. This is because one of the main negative feedback mechanisms after adrenoreceptor activation is an increase in phosphodiesterase enzyme levels, and caffeine is a phosphodiesterase inhibitor. Phosphodiesterase is the enzyme that breaks down cAMP, and a cAMP increase is one of the last steps in the lipolytic cascade induced by ephedrine.

ive done the ECA stack and was very effective just beware this stuff gets addicting haha

Is it safe to exceed 24mg of ephedrine along with taking 400mg of caffeine (2 pills)?

I've always done 25mg ephedrine, 200 mg caffeine, and 325mg asprin. I used to take it 3 times a day to lose weight, but now I'm much better at controlling my appetite, so I just take it pre-workout for energy. Also, I make sure to only take it during weight workouts.. not cardio. Maybe I'm just paranoid.

i thought the asprin just thins your blood to get the other stuff moving around in your system faster. you reasoning sounds good too prime just cat understand it lol going to google those words after.

I was on that stack for about 2 months stoped taking the aspirin after a month. Got really addicted to the caffeine and all the extra 'enegy'. Also think its ****ed up my nasal passages. Not sure if it something else like a cold or allergys but never had anything like this before. My nose would just all of a sudden run, then at night when im off it im all stuffed up. I think i read the ehprdrine is a vasodilator, so Im thinking mabey my nasal passages were just so used to being 'open' all the time after a while they started to get worn out. Probably one of the lesser reasons your supposed to cycle this stack.

^^ephedrine in some places in china still today is used as a amune booster and used for asthma. thats odd u had breathing problems. i would only do the ECA stack for a maximum of 6 weeks. like islander said stuff gets addicting

i just got done with a month long cycle of the above mentioned product, used the eca stack years ago when it first came out, and that was about 15 years ago, i believe a bodybuilding magazine called muscle media 2000 had it mentioned, this was all before the government got involved and the druggies started making meth with the ephedrine so they added the Guaifenesin to the ephedrine to make it harder to make the meth with, also with the people that were taking 10+ pills of ephedrine and having heart attacks prompted the government to take action, the only thing with the stack is your body becomes tolerant to the effects of caffeine and ephedrine, so using it every day for extended periods of time diminish the effects of the stack, that and aspirin is hard on your stomach and for some people may cause ulcers if taken in large amounts..there are probably better products out there that do a better job, but this stack is tried and true, taking other supplements with the stack are not a problem unless they contain a stimulant, then you need to be careful so you do`nt mess up your heart,,

ya but how much is that stuff i wonder. thats the one nice thing about the straight eca stack its cheap. 12 bux for all three for like a month. ^ funny it dosnt say the amount off all ingredients. i find that asprin and that citrus aurantium kills my stomach.

its 29.95, and for 90 pills,and every dose is 1 pill so for 3 pills a day and taking 2 days off in a week the bottle will last for 6 weeks,i did`nt have any problems with the stomach while taking this supp, but there is another brand for less money and gives a break down on the ingredients,

Is ephedra extract as potent as ephedrine? Does it have anywhere near the same effects?

I've read more negative things than positive but I have yet to stumble upon a medical report that would lean me towards either side yet.

With that in mind, if you can't get real ephedrine, there are medications that people use that contain ephedrine in unison with baby asprin and caffeine to make use of the ECA stack.

My understanding is that in the U.S. ephedrine has only been banned as a diet drug. It is still perfectly legal for use as a nasal decongestant and that's why it's in over the counter medecines. However, I'm too lazy to look up the actual statutes, so I could easily be wrong. Anyway, I've just ordered it from various websites. Straight up ephedrine hydrochloride, not as a part of any other weightloss supplement. They used to sell it on bodybuilding.com, but I think they stopped selling it because of legal red tape or some other B.S. The stuff I got came from some company in Canada or something. I'm not gonna provide a link, on the off chance that there's something illegal about ordering ephedrine through the mail from another country.
Also, what people have already said about it being addictive and your body building a tolerance, I've found to be true. If you take it every day, try cycling it off it for a week or two and then pop one before a workout for awesome energy and focus.

Bingo! Loophole. Thats the way i've heard most people getting it now instead of ordering from somewhere else, which isn't actually legal. Better off not providing a link on the forum. Might be considered the same as source posting for steroids.

this is the stuff i get 50 8 mg for 5.99 at the gercory store. almost all cold medication has ephedrine in them. the law that was passed that eph. and caffeine could just not be sold in the same medicine but there sold right next to each other on the shelf. recently ive noticed that theyv moved them into the cold medicine isle, i asked and they said there were told not to sell beside the caffeine any more. Im not sure if that was the store mangers idea or legislature.
