I've been getting some generic whey isolate from the grocery store. Good stuff but I buy 3 or 4 tubs each time I go b/c they're so small. They have no fat, 25 cal per scoop [each scoop is 18 grams], and 1 g sugar. They're pretty good I think, in terms of whey isolate. I was just looking at Syntha6 now online at orbit nutrition.com and I see it has 200 cal and 50 g from fat per scoop! That's a lot for one scoop. I take 2 scoops for 43 g protein. That's 100 g of fat right there...

Does anyone know where I can get some low fat and or low carb whey isolate or this that grocery store brand my best bet?

Thank you.

omg... ur not serious are u?

i have it right in my hand dude. it has 6g of fat.... it's 54 calories from fat.

if u want straight whey isolate just get some isopure. it's the best out there and some IFBB pros use it when they cut and whatnot and take it with every meal.

Isopure is what i have been using on my last couple of cuts.
Its zero carbs,210 cals(2 scoops),no sugar and 50 g protein
I think choc is the best but no isolate taste real good

Thanks both of you guys.

I am more concerned about the fat in it all, I have to cut back on my fats even on my bulk.

I ordered some last night...
