I've been getting some generic whey isolate from the grocery store. Good stuff but I buy 3 or 4 tubs each time I go b/c they're so small. They have no fat, 25 cal per scoop [each scoop is 18 grams], and 1 g sugar. They're pretty good I think, in terms of whey isolate. I was just looking at S
yntha6 now online at orbit nutrition.com and I see it has 200 cal and 50 g from fat per scoop! That's a lot for one scoop. I take 2 scoops for 43 g protein. That's 100 g of fat right there...
Does anyone know where I can get some low fat and or low carb whey isolate or this that grocery store brand my best bet?
Thank you.
