hey guys, with tons of help from various board members I've amassed a stack of supplements that should be ok going forward..if you guys could double check me and adjust anything necessary, i'd greatly appreciate it..thanks in advance

Fish Oil gelcaps --> 1 cap 3x (morning,afternoon,evening)
Flaxseed Oil gelcaps --> 1 cap 3x (morning,afternoon,evening)
AnimalPak vitamins --> 1 packet with breakfast

dextrose --> 75-100g in shake immediately PostWO
creatine mono--> 10g in AM whey + 10g immediately PostWO (20g for first few days, then will go down to 10g total after)
ON BCAA --> 5g mixed in w/ morning protein shake + immediately postWO

ON whey --> shake in morning after breakfast + 30mins PostWO

BodyTech ZMA --> 3 caps before bed

(if i was unclear; in the morning i plan on getting half my daily creatine, bcaa's and some whey, then postWO i plan on getting a dextrose/creatine mono/bcaa's shake (thx allstar) and then a whey shake a little later)

hopefully thats ok, ive tried to do my reading and asking around...any mods/suggestions, PLEASE feel free to comment...thx
