Right now all i take is
true mass
and kre-alkalyn. Is there anything else that any of u would recomend that i need to take. BCAAs? Carnitine? any opinions?

Well your basic stack will consist of
Whey protein, we support
ON Whey
Creatine mono hydrate
Fish oil caps
flax seed
Multi-vitamin
BCAA
Water
And eating your meals every 2 - 2.5 to 3 hours depending on your schedule.

like chris said stick to the basics. you already have creatine in there with you krealkalyn maybe just get some whey protein for post workout.
