currently i just started taking fish oil a multivitamin and have a protein drink and thats all i am taking... i have 2 tubs of creatine back from when i played football but right now i am 210 lbs trying to get down to a more lean 190 lbs i was wondering if i should start taking the creatine now or wait because i know creatine leads to a lot of water weight gain

so the question is should i wait? or just start taking it now?

thanks for taking time to read the post and reply!

the weight is usually always water, so it doesnt matter. but also you need to have a good diet to lose weight. so what does your diet look like.

well ive all ready lost 55lbs so the diet back at home was good...

but now im a freshmen in college and the only accessible food i have is dorm food which isnt terrible as long as i keep an eye on what i eat and how much i eat, so to be honest i cant really give u an exact diet plan because i dont know what they are serving every day. i just do my best to make sure im not overeatting

protein bars suck IMO, usually high in sugar or something, and you cant always rely on shakes. Oatmeal,Brown Rice, Tuna all pretty cheap things you could buy

also what protein brand are you using? if you have them, I would eat them, or else its a waste of money, but try to eat only one a day, earlier in the morning/afternoon, and maybe just do a little extra cardio
