Are products like Methyl 1-D and anything from LG Sciences and Havoc, are substances that are usually banned from Natural Bodybuilding Organiztions? I went onto a couple of sites but it is really hard to tell, such a long damn list. I'm pretty sure Havoc is banned because its pretty much a ph, but what about M1d and products like them?

Find the natty org that is best for you. Where you live, experience/weight class break down and what not.

Make a list of things that you would like to cycle with.

Then comb over the list.

Only way to be safe that you are not going to screw things up by taking some thing that is not banned in one org and banned in the one you enter into.

yeah thats whut i thought, i mean im not trying to take anything that would disqualify me by any means

It's wierd though, if you go on the OCB website they list alot of stuff you can't have taken by a certain date and then when it list the substance in the guideline it tells you what product it may be in. On some of the list it tells you that you cannot take it after Dec31, 08 because they are still leagally sold over the counter. But this is subject to change once they make a ban on the product right?

that's bull**** right there.
a natty contest should be that.....natty.

this is why i would never compete in a natural contest. i would feel guilty for those who actually come in natural.

however, if you check out INBF and WNBF, when they say natural, they MEAN natural! i like these guys. and they got some really good looking atheletes.

yeah you're right

you can say that using creatine is not natural. after all, you CAN get it from red meat but you would have to eat it raw.

i did one very weak pro-hormone cycle and by no means do i claim i'm natural. and i barely gained anything from it.

I thought it was just common sense that pro-hormones are not natural supplements.

No they are not natural but they are legal in most instances which means in some sanctions they are not banned.

You could say that.

On the other hand, you could have vegetarians claiming meat eaters aren't all natural because cholesterol is a precursor for testosterone among other hormones.

Yeah just a little.

But even the word natural isn't regulated in most places.
