If I order from orbit nutrition, and I live in Canada, which shipping method do I use?
Secondly, I've been on the fence about using fat burners for a while now, I've been on them before. Diet is in check, has been for months now, training is in check as well. Just wondering if you guys think that taking a fat burner will give me that extra edge to lower my body fat percentage quicker, or if it would be better to just keep training with a strict diet/training
