I will purchase "Cell Tech" tomorrow. Now i use it with the combination of "whey Protein".

I have following Choices

1) Cell Tech with Muscle Tech Nitro-Tech
2) Cell Tech with Optimum On Whey

Which is more effective combination

I dont use Muscle Tech products, waste of money.

On whey will do the job :), u can use any creatine.. dw about the nitrotech, if ur rich and money aint a problem, then i guess its a better protein.

Same here for protein. If you're dying want to try a creatine product, give Controlled Labs Green Mag a go. I use it and love it.
