I play football for Northern Michigan. So i am on a pretty intense lifting schedual and what i need is good supplements to get bigger and hopfully get me a starting spot next year. im redshirting this year so i have a full year of intense training to prove myself next year. Anyways im a pretty simple guy and i figered all i need is casien protien before bed and in the morning and whey after workouts. ill be starting creatine next week two. im just wondering if there is anything else out there LEGAL that i should take to help me bulk up faster.

Im sure you consuming tons of calories right?

I would maybe consider a product like True Mass which is a weight gainer but also contains Casein and use that a little before you go to bed. I know your getting a ton of Cardio throughout the day so the extra carbs and calories may help.

Also look into Vitamins, Fishoils Amino Acids ecspecialy BCAA. Things that are going to help you recover faster. Dont worry about Test booster or PH like that. You dont need it at this point.

i picked up some pm protien from gnc and some probolic-sr 12 hour muscle feeder. hopfully that should be enough. Now with taking this casien will i have to consume any more whey besides after my workout?

Pre workouts down your whey in water with 1tsp of creatine with a complex carb....i.e. oatmeal or a sweet potatoe.

Post workout 2 scoops of whey in water with your 1 tsp of creatine and a simple carb. white rice or white bread to spike your insulin level..

Two more question..... What we do here is work out three days a week mon,wed,fri and conditioning mon thru thursday "practice" should i train on weekends? and what should i take protien wise on weekends and off days?

I would say no take the weekend off to recover. As for your protein intake on the weekends, keep eating you need your calories to build muscle and for recovery.

Stay away from alcohol, it dehydrates you and prevent muscles from recovering.
