Sup fellas, ive been away for a while, but now iam back haha. recently, i purchased Superpump 250. It was the first time that i had taken a pre workout supplement. My first workout on it was great. i felt really energetic and the pumps were through the roof. But after that, i did not feel its affects at all. Even when i tried to increast the serving from 1 scoop to 3 scoops, it did not work. does anyone have the same problem?? thanx

i always got a great pump for SuperPump but i also got not so great dumps.

hmmm it could be just you everyone reacts diff to certain supps. im not sure if you are saying you lost effects within the first week or later on but everyone will start to lose effects of N.O products when your receptors get use to it. Superpump wears off in week 4 for me. Id say try another N.O but make sure youre taking sufficient time off in between bottles or you wont get the best results.

dude.superpumps crap.well it was for me anyways,and everyone ive talked to thats used it.go with the new NO shotgun.good stuff,and it dosent lose the effect very much.

i have used no shotgun and it did nothing for me and it tasted horrible.

i guess ill try a different supplement. I was just so surprised that it lost its effictiveness after the first workout

i nevern tried the old one.i still heard it was good.but you cant be talking about the new one,it tastes great.kinda like fruit punch.i hate drinks,and i dont mind it at all.

well i say you stick to SuperPump...im using it and its still delivering...true tho, everyone is different but one question...

are u taking it with meals?

the way i take it is i eat at least an hour and a half before taking it pre workout...so its kinda on an empty stomach but kinda not...u know?

superpump 250 does not give me the ****s and it works great. toward the end of my 4 month cycle of it, the effects start to wear off a little but i take 2 months off after that and when i come back on, BAM!!

so you gotta cycle it as well as any other NO product for it to keep working.

i stack it with sizeOn and workout performance is rediculous when you combine the two.
