Hey guys, I know this has been addressed before, and the only reason i'm making new post is because I GOT DIFFERENT ANSWERS, contradicting each other.

Right now I'm doin pre and post w/o, i wanted to start taking it in the morning with my breakfeast, and possibly at night with milk after my cottage cheese.

IS THIS A WASTE OF WHEY? (in the morning and before bed)

thanks in advance

There are 3 times to take it IMO.
First thing in the morning to get some fast digesting protein in you.(this should not be your only protein source in the morning tho.)
Pre Workout
and
Post Workout.

No need before bed.

Pre and post workout unless Preworkout you had a meal 45-60 min prior.

I would look into Casein Protein. Optimum Nutrition sells combo packas now Whey and casein. Casein will be good before bed for slow absorbtion purposes. IMO very soct effective for how much protein your getting per serving vs eating Dair products before bed.

i just take it post-workout cuz i can't be taking protein powder 3 times a day cuz or finantial issues.

i'd say post-workout is most important along with some simple carbs.

but morning and pre-workout are also very beneficial.
