has anyone gotten bcaa's in powdered form. i picked some up and it doesnt seem to mix with liquids. just forms a skin on top... what suggestions do you guys have for me?

What brand is it? I use either Scivation Xtend or SciFit Shockwave. What I do is I shake it good for a min,put it in the fridge for a couple mins and than shake it again, and its perfectly fine.

Yes that common for BCAAs. Standard BCAA powder is not going to mix to well. I use Scivation now as well, but when I used to take BCAA powder unflavored I would mix with Grap juice. Grape almost hides all bad taste so it would allow you to shake and jug down as quick as possible.

If you can stir it or swirl it you should be fine, my xtend use to do that aswell.

i just do what jay cutler does and just put the whole 5g on my tounge, and then drink the juice.

that way you're not worried about mixing and it's over in one big gulp.

I tried Controlled Labs Purple Wraath, it seems to do the trick. THe Purple Lemonade tastes great :)
