I use to think
Casein was gods gift as a pre bed supp. But now I think it's the biggest waste of money.
Whey = 2-3 hours absorption
Casein = 5-7 hours absorption
Whey with good fats = 4-5 hours absorption, by the time you wake up, you have a good time window to get another meal in you
Whey+Milk+Flaxseed or some Almond nuts works just as good as Casein would
