Its a slow digesting protein most people take it before bed to have protein in their systen through out the night and wake up a little less hungry.
I personally dont do that
its cheaper to eat cottage cheese a little while before bed

Yeah before bed is when most people use it. You can take it any time but it tends to be quite a thick mix and difficult to just down like a whey protien.

SO in this condition can i use Casein Protein? is it useful. My main problem is i cant take more diet in my office timing for one month

well if you cant eat youre just shit out of luck.
I might time to eat no matter what.If job dont like it they can go to hell.
But it might would be worth it for you to drink a caisien shake so it will digest slowly and you will fill more full and have protein in your body a little longer

15 g in half a cup of cottage cheese, if I recall correctly. So takes 2.5 cups of cottage cheese.
