20lbs of lean muscle in 3 weeks and dropped 5% bf, i would have to say its a bunch of bull**** hype. if it sounds better than actual gear than its bull****.

No I meant bbd. You know the ads up the top, ive seen it there quite a few times. Although I think they ads are done by google so that will be why.

Yeh i see it on here at the top of the page with the other advertisements. Thought as much as it being hype but the nieve could easily be sucked in coz of the muslce and fitness freeebies and gym memebership freebies and NSPCC stuff going on
