you mean you're starting to cut?

well, it works but it makes you extremely gittery and some people just can't deal with it.

also, it can mess with your lean mass meaning, you might loose some from taking it.

that's what i've heard anyway

why don't you just get on a good diet and do cardio?

supplements can help but again they need to come after your diet and cardio is in check.

what helps bring out definition in my muscles is not necessarily doing high reps but taking momentum out of the equation on EVERY exersise completely. and just get the blood IN THERE! if i don't get pumped, i don't do it! just fatigue the **** out of the muscles. that helps me bring out a little definition.

adding momentum through various means helps me gain mass on certain exersises but if i'm cutting, i won't do it unless i feel i need to to hold on to any mass.

Hydroxycut hardcore does work when used as directed(it did for me), if you don't it can really hurt your stomach and make you throw up. The stuff really is hardcore. I definitely agree with everyone on the Cardio and Diet. Fat is harder to lose when you get older, so in the end use this as a last resort after you have exhausted your efforts.
