lol I used to do that.hahaha And i was still 195 and real lean. Man I miss those days. Oh and I would eat a $5 large to myself also.haha Not the healthiest thing to do.lol

yeah man i know what you mean, i used to be able to eat a **** load of bad food and be lean as hell. now i do it and i gain like ten pounds of fat in meal. lol oh metabolism where have you gone? come back i miss you. lol

i m eating around 3000 calories atm without my proteine shake and i still can t get more weight i m stuck at around 135lbs i just wanted to try it :P but ok for the info i ll try to look on the web i just wanted a reference since i don t want to buy it from **** place and get scam :S

i know it s not alot but it s good for me loll i m used to weight 115lbs and in 4 month i gained that 20lbs in muscle so it s a good progression for me

and i ll try ot get some advise from orbit ^^

working rly hard 5 days at the gym and eatting every 3h till it hurt. it s good cause i can eat abit more every week but i m trying couple supplement to see what could help me the most

I wouldn't recommend Micky d's for nutrition lol. You'll need a lot more than 3000 calories try 5000 man it's not easy believe me.

I ordered some Scivation whey from them not long ago and the customer service was HORRIBLE! I mean, it was just disgusting. I will never order from them again!!!!
