Hi guys, I've finally hit my bulk goal for now which is 230 lbs, 19.8 % body fat it says and i just want a kick start to my cutting process. I've heard Hotrox is good but any other ideas guys? im 18, almost 19. ill be 19 on november 27th. any help would be appreciated thank you.
Oh. ps. I've dropped my caloric intake from estimated 4,500 to 3,800 calories. ESTIMATE. and i am starting to do HIIT 3 times a week. but just looking for an extra edge, thank you guys.
