This is my second day taking the product. My body starts to turn red and my skin starts to itch while I am lifting.I've tried NO explode and never experienced this. Whats happening to my body? I feel great but just curious.

Is it okay to drink an energy drink with it?

What can I stack with it for better results?

Thanks.

since it's an N.O. and used for pre-workout, don't use an energy drink.

it should be fine by itself, but since it's MT, I don't trust how good it is. You could either sell the bottle to one of ur friends or just finish the bottle since u paid the money for it already and just hope the results will end well.

If your body is "turning red and my skin starts to itch while I am lifting"

I would stop taking it period. You're definately having a reaction to something in the product. Cut your loss and move on.. sorry to have to say that.

I think under construction has it nailed. Check the B vitamin content on the back of the bottle. A large dose of niacin (B-3) causes flushing in the skin and if you take enough of it or your not used to it can cause itching.

The key difference in niacin flush and histamine reaction (allergies) is that after several doses the niacin flush will be the same or less; histamine reactions get worse with each exposure to the allergen.

Use it with caution. If you ever notice that your tongue feels strange, it gets hard to swallow, or any difficulty breathing then it is likely an allergic reaction and you should seek immediate medical attention.
