If you just get whey protein they are all going to have the same amount of calories. 1g protein = 4 calories.

Scivation or ON - chocolate.

that's optimum nutrition in case you didn't know what ON stood for.
both very good products and amazing sources of protein. i think post-work is the best time to have it.

Why buy ON pro complex which Im not knocking at 52.95 at a awesome 28 servings when you can get the 100%whey at $ 39.95 at 74 servings. even if you double your serving your getting 44g protein/ over 8 grams of glutamin and over 10 g of BCAAs and still average 37 servings per container. Oh yeah dont forget Pro Complex is 2 scoops per serving.
Thats what my taste is. If you like to spend the big bucks then be my guest.

My point is that $53 bucks for a ~5 lb. tub is a good deal. Especially for Pro Complex.

Are you saying that 10 bucks per lb. of protein is too expensive? Because this is a great product and I'm sure most people would see this as a steal. No offense of course.

Are you saying that 10 bucks per lb. of protein is too expensive? Because this is a great product and I'm sure most people would see this as a steal. No offense of course.
no its not. 62 dollars for 10lbs is a good deal for Scivation whey

seriously, ok, pro complex has some **** 100% whey don't but seriously, how much more muscle mass/performance do you think you'll have in the long run?

in the end, it really doesn't matter.

100% is much more economical like team orbit said.

that's it
no need to discuss this further.
