hey,

im struggling to gain weight atm, but im slowly getting bigger and its more noticable now (comparing me to before i worked out - but still not the size i want to be).

I managed to gain a stone in around one week, but a week later i lost 6 lbs... and i cant gain much more.

I was taking a supplement called " Anabolic Mass " + " Anabolic Fusion ", i was reccomended them a while ago, i prob got the cheap ones like but still they worked, its just its hard to find them.

The cost around £10 for 15 day supply, but it takes around 3 months to notice major differences.
I was wondering, what should i take to help me bulk up lean muscle fastest?

I take whey protein (40g protein servings twice a day mixed with 800 ml semi skimmed milk) (so a fair bit of protein/calories from it)

I've heard taken l gcyine helps you build muscle, but whether or not it is the best im not sure.

I generally hit the gym around 5 tmies a week now, around an hour to two hours.
I oringally cut off all cardio excercise to help gain weight, and it worked, but i felt unfit which isn't what i like, so im going to do an equivlent using light weights and high reps :)

Any reccomeneds on a supplement that will help me develope muscle / gain weight?

Should i move to weight gainer with protein after my protein supply has gone down? (i've heard of a 1500cal weight gainer, but i dont want to spend like £40 for two weeks supply)

I'm a hardgainer and have a very fast metabolism, and like mitbar said food and lots of it. But if you're still looking for one i used BSN's True-Mass and had pretty good results.

just remember you have to have a solid diet before u consider any supplement.

but i WAS hardgainer also and all i can say is eat a lot of food! none of this burger king crap but i mean good foods! eat A LOT AND A LOT! i ended up gaining weight like a charm.

and also dont train for 2 hours...thats way too long...u should workout for about 45 min to an hour and a half tops...IMO

Ultimate Nutrion's "IsoMass Extreme Gainer" It's got close to 1000cal., around 72g of proteins, over a 100g of carbs, and 7 creatines.
But remember, when you gain with products like this and other ones, you gain everywhere...
