I read the label on it and it doesn't say if I should take it EVERYDAY, it just says how much to take on workout days depending on bodyweight. I take creatine everyday but what about my BCAA source? If yes, how much would I take? On workout days I do 3 scoops before, 3 scoops during and 2 after, like the bottle says.
