Hello All,

Self proclaimed ENDOMORPH here...

"Endomorphs soft, round or curvy, with the ability to gain muscle easily but have trouble losing weight, especially fat."

Can you guys suggest an effective THERMOGENIC that won't give me jitters and will assist my workouts to become more successful in reducing fat and increasing lean muscle mass?

From what I understand Lipo 6x is a new product that from what I see from reviews it is more of a kick and time lapsed product. That is the one I am going to go for. I tried Lipo 6 a wile back and it worked but I did it so half assed I only cheated myself at it. Will give it a good run this time.

Thermo's are great and all (and Ive tried a bunch) but in the end I found the best weight loss assistance I ever spent money on was a pair of Nike+ shoes and the IPod connector for them. Ate like a horse and ran twice a day. I started at a mile per run and got up to 4 to 5 miles per run. I ended up losing the most weight that way.

make sure you keep eating though, depening on your weight 5 miles will burn somthing like 1200cal. The shoes do a pretty decent job of calculating cals burned, distance run, and speed averages.

I'm an endomorph as well, been cutting for a while now, decided I just wanna get nice and lean for once in my life...so i can then go on a clean bulk and gain some size without gettting too chubby again.

From personal experience, I find an effective diet is the best solution, even before cardio...my first 12 weeks I was cutting I was on fat burners and ephedrine and I have actually went off them for 4 weeks, and started a new diet, and have seen more results in the 4 weeks then the previous 12.

Supps aren't the solution, but always a good thing to toss in if you feel you need the help...but make sure you find a good diet first...I suggest the Scivation pre-contest diet, worked wonders for me so far

Reducing fat and gaining lean muscle is very hard to do. How about you post up your diet?

Furthermore, as far as supplements go I would recommend Recreate which burns fat 23 different ways and it will not give you any jitters. It is actually low-stim but it is very effective in fat burning. But like I say, post up your diet and we will make sure that is good.
