Protien and Creatine?

Hey guys i was wondering which is the best protein and best creatine out their cause I've been taking whey protein but a pretty cheap brand and I'm pretty tired of that one . which band out their do you guys take and which one can u recommend me. Oh and also creatine.

5g creatine before and 5g after

50g of whey after workout, and some casein before bed

but i'd just use Syntha-6 over anything. it has both whey and casein. it's all around and sustained release. it's pretty badass.

i like ON 100% whey and there casein protein, also dymatize creatine or ast mono. very cheap and effective **** my man.

Zack, are you saying you use the Syntha-6 as a casein before bed? Or are you saying you use Syntha-6 for PWO and before bed? Because I want to try Syntha-6 but I don't want to interfere with my current diet of using ON whey and ON casein (I find that these give me optimal performance and results).. I just want to try Syntha-6 for the hell of it. Thanks

imo syntha 6 would be a replacement for your ON.

i agree on the syntha 6
it taste amazing too. vanilla is just so orgasmic.

as far as creatine, just go with monohydrate and do what zack said. 5g befoer, 5g after.
