The thing about this one was he said he's new to this stuff, so the best thing he could do is eat right and lift and then come back and ask about a ph. And some people need supps to help them get past a plateau but not a beginner. As for your fat burner, the first thing to ask about is diet adn if it's been good for a while and you still need better reslts, then yes they would help. But most of the time people just come looking for the easy route out. It's been a few years since my last cycle and I'm still waiting until I feel like I'm ready for it but until then I'll just ride it out natural until I'm at the point I need them. That's where I'm getting at this so I hope there's no hard feelings!
