Hi im kinda new to the stuff that everyone is taking now a days like fish oil and seed oil what do they do?
I take Twinlab protien (50g) that has amino acids in it after a work out along with 5,000mg of creatine monohydrate.

I also bought this new thig that ima start on monday called Methyl 1-D
and I-GH-1.

How old are you? You do know m1-D is a pro-hormone (steroid) right?

I can tell you from seeing guys at the gym that do the phs they dont have same effect I dont care what the studies say I tend to believe my own eyes. This goes for strength or mass. So if they have any sides, my opinion is they are not worth it.

haha trust me bro its a pro-hormone which will have the same sides as steroids but with lesser muscle building effects. Dont be taken in by there marketing crap!

Consign UC. Don't waste your money. Besides the side effects are worse for ph's anyways.

One thing that irks me about this section of the forum is when people give answers like this. I know it's true, but you must know the person is asking about supplements since this is the supplements section. Kind of like how when I asked what the best fat burner is and I got the reply "diet".

Well get used to it since they're the truth. Everyone's looking for the easy route or the miracle pill instead of concentrating on what is the most important. The best fat burner is a good diet! The best muscle builder is a good workout!

They're looking for a little push in what they want to achieve, that is what supplements are for. When i asked what the best fat burner was I already knew about diet, I wanted to know about a fat loss aid.

If a diets good then there should be no need for a fat burner and besides you just jumped in here with that random post. He asked about some ph's and I told him what I thought. I wasn't telling you anything about your fat burner so why bother? Plain and simple, everyone wants the easy route out so we need to give them "a little push" as you called it in the right direction. And ph's aren't the right direction.

The fat burner comment was an example obviously. I was just being honest about what this forum is about and what the people here are looking advice on, and that is supplements. If you think supplements are just the easy way out and they shouldn't use them then why bother being in this section? Nothing wrong with supplements, I've learned that an EC stack in addition to my diet and exercise will help me out thanks to some kind people on this forum. Anyways, sorry for butting in i guess. As you were! :-)

The thing about this one was he said he's new to this stuff, so the best thing he could do is eat right and lift and then come back and ask about a ph. And some people need supps to help them get past a plateau but not a beginner. As for your fat burner, the first thing to ask about is diet adn if it's been good for a while and you still need better reslts, then yes they would help. But most of the time people just come looking for the easy route out. It's been a few years since my last cycle and I'm still waiting until I feel like I'm ready for it but until then I'll just ride it out natural until I'm at the point I need them. That's where I'm getting at this so I hope there's no hard feelings!

its mainly a dietary aid for fat. i dont take it much but you need fat to grow and you need fat to diet. its really clean fat so its good to go.
