hey guys i am looking for a good gainer for my cousin, he is really thin and eats alot and he still cant gain weight...

whats the deal?

but cytogainer is good from what i hear, and even though i hate it... truemass is supposed to be good.. i had it and threw up, but w/e

yea i agree...either cytogainer or RussianBear!

but also, ppl think they eat a lot when they really dont. make sure what he eats is quality food not some fast food or w/e. and also make sure he's taking good carbs and fats. i was the same way until i did wut i just told you, then u can add the weight gainer if ur diet is solid...and NEVER replace it for a meal

eat more don't take any gainer they are sh1t full of sugars

gainers like true mass or serious mass aren't full of sugar

they can be very beneficial bro

also, people with a really fast metabolism won't gain much fat. they do help.

I had a problem gaining weight for a while and I agree with the whole diet thing. If he still needs a good gainer I'd recommend Ultimate Nutritions Muscle Juice 2544. It's like 1000 Cal 55g Prot and 180g Carbs. Sounds like he won't have a problem with it sticking to his ribs so he'll be okay. Good luck bro.

I tried Smart Gainer and it worked wonders for me. I added that to my high calorie diet and my weight just bounced up.

i added quick mass to my bulk taste good and works good for me..says take 4 scoops a drink but thats a waste..take 2 scoops 3 servings a day..worked for me..bump

Ultimate Nutrion's "IsoMass Extreme Gainer" It's got close to 1000cal., around 72g of proteins, over a 100g of carbs, and 7 creatines.
But remember, when you gain with products like this and other ones, you gain everywhere...

if you add in decent amounts of cardio then you shouldnt gain too much bf over all, i did HIIT 3x a week and i maintained bf percentage.

I still like the poor man method of a gainer.

1/2 - 1 cup of oats ground up in a coffee grinder.
1.5 - 2 cups of milk
1 - 2 tbsp of natty pb
1 - 2 scoops of whey

Blend it all together and slam 'er back. Also adding a banana is always good too :)
