As I'm starting out on my bodybuilding again I will be taking:
Everyday:
BCAA: 1 pill 16:00 and "21:00" or after workout (21:00)
Creatine: Before dinner or right after workout. 5 grams.
Multivitamin right before dinner.
Fish oil right before dinner.
Workout days:
Protein 30+ after workout.
