Each gram of Whey provides 24 grams of protein, so how can i take 160 grams. can i use Whey 5 times a day to fullfill this requirement?

No you cant, dont have more than 2 scoops of whey a day! Get most of you protein from food sources like meat and fish.

Whoa robby what do you mean no more than 2 scoops a day.One shake which is 2 scoops of most wheys provide about 40-50 grams of protein most people drink 2-4 shakes a day plus 4-6 meals a day to meet their daily requirment.
I have 3 shakes which in all is 6 scoops. Not sure if thats what you meant to say or not but if it is Im sorry but youre wrong with that one

Yea but your a pro bbder whos on gear, eshban is quite clearly a novice who is only needing 160g of protein a day. So 2 scoops of whey is almost 1/3 of his daily requirements which is more than enough from shakes.

Are you saying most people have 200g of protein from shakes a day? **** most people I know are just having 200g of protein a day in total, not just from shakes. I do supose we keep different company though with me being a teen whos mates live off a diet of vodka, beer and chippys lol

one thing I shouldve said different was some people only use 1 scoop in a shake. Therefore its only about 25 grams but personal preference i guess.Anyway just say you are drinking 3 scoops a day at different times of course thats about 75 gram depends on brand I know one brand only has 16 a scoop. If you want 160 that leaves you 85 grams which is still quite a bit you still have to eat 3-4 meals.eat 4-5 eggs in the morning, chicken breast for lunch and some filet migon for supper plus 3 shakes and thats your 6 meals and right around protein requirments

To break it down into macros...

1g Protein = 4 calories

1g per pound of lean body mass is more than enough...
Do the math, it's really simple
