Tried the
SuperPump today. It mixes really well, no clumps or large particles and no fizzing. I made it in a shaker with no problems. Taste is great. Mixed with the recomended 12oz of water it was too strong for my taste, but at 16oz it was just fine.
Drank 3 scoops 20min prior to workout. I was waiting for the familer feeling of my face threatening me with bodily harm (pins and needles on the skin) but it didnt happen.
I was really dragging this morning since I only slept 3 hours last night. I was waiting for a bit of a rush but it didnt come so I started working out anyway. Right after my warm up sets I felt like a million bucks. Not buzzed or jittery but no more lag at all. Im 4 hours post workout and I still feel pretty good. It seems to be a pretty smooth pick me up, we'll see how it feels on a full night sleep.
The pumps during the workout were a little more than normal in the primary target muscle groups, not what I would call "skin tearing" but noticable. I did notice that the support muscle groups got a fair amout of pump too. Bi's and Tri's got a lot more pump than Im used to seeing on shoulder days. Veins seemed a little more pokey than normal (but I was also looking for this, may be the only reason i noticed).
We'll see on Monday how it feels on a full night rest.
As for the
SizeOn, only one side to report. I havent had diorrhea but stools have been just a little looser than normal. I suspect if you have never taken creatine before or have been off for a while you will get it.
We'll see next week how much diffrence there is between last weeks numbers on straight monohydrate and next week on SizeOn is.
I do have to say that if SizeOn is no better than any other creatine product its still great to take one big serving in the mornign and be done with it. I hate lugging supps around with me so I can take an afternoon dose, this leaves more room in the bag for food!
