Hey, what do you all recommend to increase enrgy level. I work out 5 days a week, twice a day on MWF but at times during my work day I feel that I have no energy and want to take a nap. What can I do for to get through the day and boost my workout energy level ?

Thanks

Maybe it has to do with your diet. Are you eating enough? Sometimes something simple like a vitamin does wonders.

My diet is good with vegetables, protein and such. I do take a vitamin but in the morning. Maybe I should take it before I go to bed. I have no problems with energy after my workouts. It is just that time between 9-12 noon. I almost fall asleep in my chair at work.

I just don't want to do anything to screw up my workouts right now. This is my first true attempt to get into BB shape.

To me it sounds like maybe you're overtraining. Getting sleepy during workouts may be a sign from your body telling you that you need to rest & quit thrashing yourself.

As far as energy Supplements, Stacker 2 makes me feel like Super Saiyan Goku.

Maybe take a few days off or cut back on the intensity for a little while.
Just like pain is how your body tells you that your damaging it. Being tired is how your body tells you it needs rest.
Remember, muscles dont grow in the gym, they grow while you rest.
