protien help, what do you think?

alright, because i am not a fan of any protien but syntha-6 i am only gonna use syntha 6. any other protiens with almost as good if not better taste?

tried:
cookies n cream
(reccomendations?)

good idea?
i will be taking it 2-3 times a day, 3 scoops, rather than 2.

i will also be getting my protien and etc, from whole foods too.

also for size on, do i take it after workingout and before bedtime? like cell mass?

Why 3 scoops?How much protein would that be in one serving.If it is more than 50 or so I would stick to 2 scoops.Be sure to make sure you arent getting too much protein throughout the day.

Cosign with kaboom, the most I ever have is 1 and a 1/2 scoop of ON 100% whey which equals roughly 38-40g protein. Im guessing 3 scoops is about 75-90g protein which is more than half on my days total protein needs in one sitting. If you do take that much it will just get used for energy and not muscle building so its just being wasted really.

Not to mention its not the moste leanest protein

Also Mygenix Myolean evolution Chocolate is really good as well. I havent tried the other flavors though

There are only 30 servings per bottle so if he were to use 3 scoops 3 times per day He'd be running thru at least 2 tubs per week.

Spending $240+ on protein per month.

Yea, the True Mass will be a better deal. And I'm guessing youngage is tryna bulk, so TM would def be the weigh to go, lol.

Anyway, I'm prepping for a show thats gonna happen @ the same time as the Olympia wknd, so I had given Syntha-6 some consideration. Best tasting protein ever. But, now that I'm just finishing some Muscle Juice 2544, I think I'm gonna switch to CytoGainer (since this will cut the carbs in half), then for the last few weeks before the show switch to Dymatize Elite. Have you had any positive feedback on Elite Protein, Orbit?

I have some cookies and cream at home and it makes me gag just thinking about it. I think that tub has lasted me a year..lol.. I can't bring myself to drink it. What does everyone think about myoplex? I used to take that but haven't in a few years. Scivation is the next one I'm going to try.

Me either. I used to take it everyday when I was about 21 or 22. I just think it is the best tasting stuff i've had so far. I always mixed the strawberry with juice and ice in the blender. mmmm

Nice, Im a vanilla fan. I can always make it tast a little different everytime. Lately thoug Im so busy that Fruit puch is the best so I can mix anywhere with water.
