one of the only weightgainers out there that won't leave you so full you're gonna puke. all from a nutritional standpoint, it's amazing except for the fat content which is a little high.
also, it's kinda expensive but it's a staple in my diet. true mass once a day for me every day.
if i don't do cardio though, i look bloated but that's the same for all weightgainers for me.
