has anyone tried or know something about this product called adenergy by optimum nutrition the guy that works in the supplement store has told me some things about it but i dont trust him.any opinion or advice is welcome thanks

Have not tried it personally, but know some guys guys that live by it before workout. One being pro strongman Steve MacDonald.

I think you're better off just buying the products included seperately, because if i'm not mistaken Adenergy is a bit overpriced.

take some caffeine pills, or green tea, coffee, etc preworkout. it does the same trick and its alot cheaper. personally i've never seen the point to these preworkout "igniters." that claim to have cutting edge shit. Read the labal and the active ingredients its always caffeine, taurine, shit like that.

If you absolutely do have to get one I'd recommend no-xplode though, without a doubt
