Creatine Mono and Diarrhoea

I'm thinking of getting myself some creatine mono for the first time but I have one concern.

I have read that many studies have shown that the most common side affect is diarrhoea. I have had some bad problems with my bowels 1-2 years back which has ceased now. But sometimes I still get fluctuating spasms and bad bowel movements. So therefore, would you suggest that taking creatine is a good idea still? Are diarrhea side affects that common? I’m asking on this forum because I’d like to see whether anyone has experienced diarrhoea from creatine?

And if I am susceptible to getting diarrhoea from creatine…if I limited the creatine intake maybe that would cancel out me having any complications? Because I presume these bowel issues occur after an excessive amount of creatine intake….

Anyway advice would be great on this.

It will bloat you a little... but if you drink your water intake for the day.. You will just pee it out..

As for the bowel situation and creatine mono.. I have not had an issue with that ever.. Sorry I can't help you with that side affect...it has not happened to me personally..

I've never had it from mono but I have had it from CEE. Mine stopped after a few days of taking it but if you had problems then im not sure if its a good idea. You could try different forms creatine to see if it makes a difference although that could get quite expensive.

i have had that problem but only inthe pre load stage. it goes away after your body gets semi used to it after a couple of days.

Never had problems creatine mono, should be fairly safe. More with mix products I've had issues in the past. If you do have any issues just discontinue using it.

On mono I had pretty bad diarrhoea while loading but after about a week it just went away.

Everyone is diffrent. Try your luck and cary extra pants with you

if u dont mix the creatine well enough u will get diarrhoea just be sure u mix it right
