I would call myself a intermediate lifter, i lift around 4-5 times a week 45-75mins per workout. I've been lifting for around 6 years. 2 years ago i was 188lbs. with 16% bf. I was happy with my size but i had VERY low definition, compounded with my fair skin i didnt like my look. That was during my college football years ( Go Razorbacks ), so i was doing cardio but i was taking massive amounts of weight gainers as i was very undersized. After football i decided i didnt need the weight and started to try and drop BF. I started with low calorie/high cardio diet, and too be honest just didnt have the heart for it. 1yr ago....179 bf 14%. Again not happy with my definition.
Okay now to my review 2 1/2 months ago i started taking a stack Commonly known as ECA.When i Started ECA i was 176lbs. BF% 13.7.
I know most of you have heard of this, but for those who haven't E= Ephedrine, C=Caffeine, A= Aspirin. My dossage has been, E=25mg C=200mg A= 170mg Twice a day. MON-FRI. no weekends. I have been lifting a little less than normal probably 3-4 times a week on average.
Currently I am 163lbs. Bf 9.6, This is by FAR the leanest i've ever been, and during this two months i have cut cardio out completely (basketball everyonce in awhile)
Price 8/10 - If you go by normaly supplement prices for this category you won't find anything better in my opinion, overall i think i spent 30$ for a month's cycle then 20$ for my second cylce as Aspirin comes in like a 24298 count jug so i didn't have to buy it again. HYDROCYCUT HARDCORE-29.99$ i know there the same price, but having tried HC i think it fails severely in comparison.
Side Effects 7/10- the first week or two you will feel some effects, but that doesn't mean there all bad effects. For me i took my first dose at work around 10, right when i was gettin a little sleepy, and it perked me right up. It did give me the jitters pretty apparent ( its like chuggin two big cups of coffee IMO) for The begining two weeks but they subsided later on. And i wouldn't recommend taking it after 5-6 as you won't be able to sleep for about 4 hrs after. Another weird effect i had while taking this was i got constipated a lot, now im not sure if the ECA did this to me or my diet but something was.
Conveinence 8/10- taking 3 pills a dose is a lot but there all little so i don't have many bad things to say about that.
Results 9.5/10- like i said ^ there After football 2 years ago i have been trying many different ways to get lean. IMO this is the best one i've found. I lost fat around my stomach and handles. My arms feel much tighter, and when i workout i almost feel like there going to pop. My jeans and shirts look and fit much better on me. Even my GF is impressed with my new Lean look which has helped with out sex life as well.

Again im not sure if the ECA stack is doing it to me, but i have been lasting longer in bed these past couple months. It might just be b/c were in there more i don't know.
As i like where i am at right now but could use a little more size. i am About to start a bulk cycle when fall starts. and then im going right back to my ECA cut.
