hello

is it any disadvantage of using Glutamine. i want to use product "Optimum Glutamine Powder"

From next month i want to use following

1) Muscle Tech : Cell Tech ( after workout)
2) On Whey Optimum Protein ( after 20 minutes of workout )


can i use "Optimum Glutamine Powder" as a pre -workout. is it safe for me?

"Safe" yeah but effective absolutely not. Don't take muscletech- waste of money. Try Scivation whey protein - chocolate. Much cheaper and same quality.

A good supplement stack is: whey, creatine monohydrate, bcaa's, and fish oil.

hey im not sure what you are saying here but i agree with freak . id say stick with the opt whey, but dont take cell tech i like eclipse or met rx creatine mono and id say opt glut is okay but why pay for just glut go ahead and take all your essential and non essential amino acids and save money(look at previous threads about amino acids) I recommmend aminovol but thats me.

^^ glutamine is only effective when given IV (intravenous).

Hold on I still disagree with the MuscleTech sucking part, I took Cell-Tech for a month and my arms increased by half an inch in diameter. I measured at the start of the month and they were 13 inches at the end they were 13 1/2.
